My typical workflow…

Consultation

The design process is the key to creating an effective, professional web site. During the initial consultation, we’ll discuss a number of items, including the general goals or purpose of your site, special needs, and design preferences.

Proposal

Following the consultation, I’ll submit a proposal based on the consultation. Work will begin when you accept the proposal and submit a 50% deposit.

Design

I will create a mock site based on our discussions, and it is also during this time that I will need the content of the web site, as well as any logos or pictures.

Review

After the site is designed, you will be able to review it and make sure that it meets your expectations.

Launch

The site will go live after your final review. The payment balance is due at this time.

Support

Minor site revisions will be made at no extra charge during the first 2 weeks the site is live. Revisions or changes made after that will be charged an hourly fee, billed in ½ hour increments.
